At SweetrSoft, we aim to provide high-quality software, web, and digital services to all our clients. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased from us.
1. No Refund After Service Delivery
Once a project or service has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Our services involve custom work, resources, and time investment — therefore, once development or design begins, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Advance Payment Refund
If a client has made an advance payment and the project has not yet been started, the client may request a refund.
Refunds will only be processed if:

The client submits a written cancellation request before the project begins.

No work, research, or resource allocation has been initiated by our team.
Once the project is in progress (planning, design, or development stages), the advance payment is non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time:
In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
3. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after it has started, no refund will be provided for any payments made, whether full or partial. All ongoing and pending payments will still be due as per the project agreement.
4. Project Cancellation by SweetrSoft
In rare cases where SweetrSoft cancels a project before work begins, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued. If the project is canceled mid-way due to unforeseen reasons on our part, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed up to that point.

5. Digital Products or Services
All digital products, designs, source codes, and software services delivered by SweetrSoft are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or shared with the client.
